Pro Bush + Pro Israel = Pro God

The only reason people either love President Bush or hate President Bush all boils down to the question of Israel.  Now, I know many people may disagree with me and are right now creating a mental list of why they hate President Bush, but my statement comes from a spiritual standpoint.
I do not care if President Bush butchers the English language to a pulp or laughs like a hyena, because all that matters is that he is Pro-Israel.  And according to the Bible, a historically accurate book, anyone who is pro-Israel is pro-God.
God specifically chose the Jews as the race of people to work out His plan for the world.  In Genesis 12, God tells Abraham to leave his father’s house and go to a land that he would show him.  Why did God want Abraham to leave his father’s house?  The answer seems simple, but actually speaks volumes in lieu of the world’s present situation.  You see, Abraham lived in the city of Ur, located in Babylon.  Abraham’s family worshipped the moon and made idols of their moon god, which eventually morphed into Allah and the religion of Islam.  Hence, the crescent moon symbol that represents Islam.  God knew all of this beforehand and told Abraham to get the heck out of Ur!
God then tells Abraham to journey to a land that has been mapped out for him and his descendants.  The word mapped is very important, because the Bible literally maps out the piece of land that God has reserved for His people, the Jews.  The word descendant is also very important, because Muslims think God is speaking about them!  I actually understand why Muslims think this, because they are descendants of Ishmael, Abraham’s firstborn son.  Therefore, Muslims feel that because they descend from Abraham’s firstborn, they should have first dibbs on Israel.  But, this is not what God planned.  God’s covenant promise was for the descendants of Abraham and his wife, Sarah.  God makes this very clear.  Unfortunately, Abraham took one look at his elderly wife and just could not fathom her having a child.  So, Abraham and Sarah took it upon themselves to use Hagar, their Egyptian maid, as a means to produce a child.  Hagar does produce a child and they name him Ishmael, but once again this is not what God wanted.  He specifically stated that the covenant promise was for the descendants of Abraham and Sarah.  Sarah finally does conceive and they name him, Isaac.  Isaac begets Jacob, later to be called Israel, who in turn begets the twelve tribes of Israel.
See, there is a constant theme in the Bible, and that is God’s plan for the Jewish people.
Deuteronomy 7:6 “For you are a holy people to the LORD your God.  The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself.”
God revealed himself to the world through the Jewish people.  He did this through the Torah, the character of the Jews, and by bringing the Messiah into the world via the Jewish race.  God decided to come into the world, via the Jews, as the supreme witness to His own character.  Since, the Torah and the actions of the Jews were not completely working, God decided to literally come into the world and show everyone what he was like.
So, like it or not, the world revolves around the Jewish people and President Bush knows this.  President Bush is defending a country and a people from whence the Messiah, Jesus Christ, came!  President Bush doesn’t need a history lesson, the rest of the world does!
